In connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018, of new regulations in the field of personal data protection, under which Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, will be applied. Thus, fulfilling the information obligation, we would like to communicate to you a few important issues regarding the security of the processing of your personal data by our company.
1. Personal Data Controller

2. Purposes and Grounds for Processing Personal Data
The data we have was obtained as a result of previous business contacts, and its provision was voluntary. Your data is not shared with external companies except when it is necessary to provide services in the following areas:
- sale of products and services offered by our company;
- establishing and maintaining cooperation;
- conducting correspondence;
- conclusion, execution and settlement of commercial contracts;
- handling complaints;
- pursuing and defending in the event of mutual claims;
- fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator.
3. Period of Personal Data Processing
This period depends on the purpose for which the data is processed. The period for which your data will be stored is calculated on the basis of the following criteria:
- legal provisions that may oblige KLASTMED to process data for a specific period (e.g. the Accounting Act);
- the period during which services are provided;
- the period necessary to protect the Administrator's interests;
- the period for which consent has been granted.
4. Recipients of Personal Data
Please be advised that the recipients of your data may also be entities cooperating with our company, namely entities providing services to us:
- IT;
- courier;
- postal;
- transport;
- legal;
- accounting;
- and entities to which we are obliged to transfer data under applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement agencies - of course only if they make a request based on an appropriate legal basis.
5. Third Countries and International Organizations
The data controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
6. Profiling
The data you provide will not be subject to profiling.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
We guarantee you the fulfillment of all rights arising from the general data protection regulation, i.e.:
- the right of access to your data and to receive a copy thereof;
- the right to rectify (correct) your data;
- the right to delete data;
- the right to limit the processing of data;
- the right to object to the processing of data;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
KLASTMED does not intend to store and use personal data against your will. At the same time, please be informed that if you do not wish to receive commercial and marketing information from KLASTMED, you may inform us at any time by contacting us via: e-mail klastmed@klastmed.pl or fax: +48 81 44 10 420 or by mail to the company's address. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data that took place before its withdrawal. Consent is independent of the time you use the services, it is valid until revoked. Furthermore, we would like to confirm the correctness of the status of the consents given. The consents granted mean the possibility of receiving, under the existing rules, marketing information and offers tailored to your needs regarding products and services provided by KLASTMED and third parties to the e-mail address or company address or telephone number, as well as entitles us to telephone contact. If you confirm the status of the consents granted, you do not have to reply to this e-mail. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please send an e-mail to: klastmed@klastmed.pl, with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent". All correspondence regarding the processing of your personal data should be sent to the administrator's address klastmed@klastmed.pl with the note "Personal data". We strive to ensure that our marketing and commercial activities are carried out in a way that meets your expectations and needs, therefore we are open to any suggestions and comments regarding the information you receive from us.
